Lindsay Lohan Returns to Jail
Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail for violating her probation. She was sentenced to 30 days in prison but due to overcrowding, she will be immediately released and most likely just serve less than a week in prison.

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail Wednesday, due to a violation of her probation.
The actress, who failed to attend court-ordered therapy sessions, was also kicked out of the Downtown Women�s Center, where she had been assigned to complete community service hours, after arriving late."

Two Sheriff's Dept. officials tell TMZ that if someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released. As one of the officials put it, "She'll be out without even having to change her clothes."
