David Seville and chipmunks Alvin, Simon and Theodore, return in the sequel to lay waste to Seville’s surroundings and sing in three-part harmony. The new movie will introduce the Chipmunks’ female counterparts the Chipettes - Alvin, Simon and Theodore will compete against The Chipettes in the $100,000 Battle of the Bands.
