Hayden Kho vs. Sharon Cuneta on Marie France Billboard

Megastar Sharon Cuneta is again up for another "tampuhan" controversy and this time against another extra-controversial personality - Hayden Kho Jr.

Sharon's Marie France "before" and "after" billboard along EDSA is reportedly to be taken down because she looks different in person and on TV when compared to the Marie France advertisements. Meaning, it was photoshopped - a clear violation of the Ad Standards Council (ASC) Code of Ethics, whereas 'Before' and 'After' situations must reflect truthful and factual comparisons. Comparisons of the 'antecedent' situation with the subsequent 'situation' must not be exaggerated or misleading.

NJ Torres, Marie France public relations officer, denied the rumor and said that Sharon would not allow anything that would put suggest a lie. Torres added that they haven't received any complaint with regards to such billboard so there is not a need to pull them out.

Sharon also said her piece already on the said controversy, "...parang I don't have to have to defend myself, pero what I'll do na lang is siguro, at this point, I'll remind na lang everybody na I've been endorsing products very credibly, very carefully, since I was 13. At hindi ko ipagpapalit sa isang endorserment yung reputation ko."

However, Hayden Kho Jr., boyfriend of Dra. Vicki Belo who owns Belo Medical group, a competitor of Marie France, reportedly posted a comment on his twitter account last January 28 which indirectly referring to Sharon's Marie France billboard. Hayden's comments read: "There's a billboard ad in Edsa developed by advertisers who think consumers are stupid. Guess."

During the opening of Fanny Serrano's new salon in Quezon City this afternoon, Sharon shared to the press how that twitt made her really angry.

"Kanina ko lang narinig. Tweet daw niya [Hayden], e. Sa Twitter daw. Kung tooo yun, ang kapal ng mukha niya!

"Ako, it's my opinion. Mas stupid namang isipin mo na gagawin yung billboard na yun, starring yours truly, tapos makikita mo ako sa Star Power na 'ang laki pala!

"Hindi naman gano'n, di ba? Sabi ko, ni-launch ko [ang endorsement], live in person, yun ang background ko - sa stage. Tapos, mambabastos siya [Hayden]? As far as I'm concerned, stupid people shouldn't comment on what is stupid or not!

"If I may add to that: Decent people are [the only] people I would like to listen to. Not those who do not know the meaning of decency. And who treat women like they're nothing! Excuse me! You know, you want to start a war with me? You? Fix all your problems first!" Sharon said.

Hayden, again on his twitter account at 2:47 this afternoon, quickly cleared his name on the controversy. He said: "Wow! i wasn't referring to the MF billboard. I was referring to a "L**D" that's supposed to be a LOURDES. Dahan dahan naman po."

Another message was posted on his twitter referring to Sharon's outburst against him. "That was quite a wounding tirade from someone i respect. Ironic, really. Very ironic."
