The 2010 Miss Universe Pageant which will happen on August 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada is getting exciting for the Filipinos with the Philippines very own Maria Venus Raj leading the pageant's online poll. But what's more exciting is the news that the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino will be one of the judges alongside with Rafael Nadal, Omorosa Anigualt-Stallworth, Riyo Mori, Sharon Osbourne, Izaac Mizrahi and Ricky Martin.
The news started when Tim Evans, U.S. Immigration Officer at the Tom Bradley International Airport (LAX), posted on his facebook account that Kris got a seat in the judges panel of the Miss Universe pageant.
But Boy Abunda, Kris' talent manager released a statement that the news is not "yet" true. He said that Kris hasn�t received a formal invitation from the Miss Universe Organization.
"Sabi niya wala pa siyang natatanggap na imbitasyon, no official invitation at hindi natin alam kung totoo. Kasi nakausap ko si Krissy. Sabi niya up to this day nobody has communicated with her via a written, halimbawa, an emailed invitation. Wala pa tayong natatanggap," he said.
