Gail Nicolas, Mossimo Bikini Summit 2007 winner is the first Pinoy Fear Factor South America participante to be eliminated in the competition. She was the first one to go out of the competition after failing to execute the last challenge "Escape de Auto Sub-aquatico" which goal is to save ‘Mariana’, a doll strapped in a car submerged 5-meters deep underwater. Marion dela Cruz and Erwin Felix were able to accomplish the task, thus, they earned the right to continue with the competition.Friday, November 14, 2008

Gail Nicolas, Mossimo Bikini Summit 2007 winner is the first Pinoy Fear Factor South America participante to be eliminated in the competition.
