Radiohead Accident: 1 Dead in Concert Accident
British band Radiohead cancelled their Downsview Park, Toronto concert when the stage where they supposed to perform collapsed hours before they perform causing 1 stage technician died, 3 other people injured.

A stage technician was killed and at least three people were seriously injured after a stage collapsed at Toronto’s Downsview Park just hours before Radiohead was to take the stage, according to a CBC report.
Emergency crews were first called in around 4 p.m. ET, with as many as five ambulances, two police cars and a firetruck arriving at the scene.
The gates had been scheduled to open at 5 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. showtime, and thousands were already lined up when representatives from Live Nation, the concert’s producers, announced the show had been canceled.
