Halle Berry Fall and Hit Head on the Movie Set

Halle Berry got hospitalized and immediately released after she fell really bad on the set of her latest movie "The Hive".

Berry was brought by an ambulance to Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles after falling, hitting her head with a concrete and vomiting after the accident on Tuesday night, July 17.

The accident reportedly happened when she chased a goat over difficult terrain but her reps said she is now in a good condition.
