News on the alleged separation of Senator Chiz Escudero and his wife Christine Elizabeth �Tintin� Flores, is now making the rounds on the four corners of showbiz and politics.
In Ricky Lo's Philstar news yesterday titled "Chiz & Tintin: Yes, it's over!", the veteran showbiz columnist said a source has informed him that the couple has been living separately and for five months now. There was no third party involved according to Ricky's source who said that the couple simply "drifted apart."
Meanwhile, in ABS-CBN's website report today, Sen. Chiz appealed to rumormongers to leave his family and personal life alone. But he neither confirm nor deny the separation.
Early this year, Sen. Chiz was rumored to have been dating Kris Aquino. His wife Tintin, however, was reportedly seen in the company of a male dancer in a mall in Quezon City.
Sen. Chiz met former actress-singer Tintin in 1995. The un-couple (?) who got marred in 1999 are parents of fraternal twins - Ma. Cecilia Escudero and Joaquin Escudero.
