Ai-Ai delas Alas and Gio SalvadorTo belied the gossip linking her to TV director GB Sampedro, the very proud Ai-Ai delas Alas revealed to the public the guy who will become her date on Valentines Day.
The guy, whom Ai-Ai doesn't want to disclosed name in public (Update: The guy's name is Gio Salvador, a friend of Brazilian models who are building their showbiz careers here in the Philippines), is a 26-years-old, 5'11" Italian-Colombian model. He is here in Manila to shoot a TV commercial for a brand he is endorsing.
Ai-Ai and Gio met in a high end bar a month ago. Gio is said to be the one who approached and introduced himself to Ai-Ai.
"Hindi niya alam na artista ako. Hindi niya alam na Best Actress ako. Pero kasi siyempre, nagtitinginan yung mga tao sa bar. Na-curious siya, 'Sino bang tinitingnan n'yo?'
"Pagkakita niya sa akin, 'Dyusko, 'yan lang ba? Gandaah!' Parang gano'n! 'Hindi naman kagandahan, pinagkakaguluhan n'yo? Sino ba 'yan?' Gano'n!" the concert-comedy queen said.
"Tapos, nag-meet kami. Nakilala ko na siya. Guwapo siya!" she added.
According to Ai-Ai, they are still in the "getting to know each other" stage but she is very much open to the possibility of getting romantically involve to him. She now calls him "Babe" and he calls her "Mi amore" (my love).
The looooooong-hairrrrrrrrrrr Ai-Ai also revealed a text message he sent to her:
�Your friendship regardless what becomes of everything is the only gift I would ask of you.�
