This Saturday, Melissa Ricks gives life to a legendary character, Valentina, in ABS-CBN�s Wansapanataym.

Melissa Ricks considers her role as Valentina as a dream come true, �Kilalang karakter na po kasi si Valentina. Marami na rin ang nag-portray sa character na yun. Ngayong binigyan ako ng chance to give life to such a popular character, dream come true po talaga.�

Melissa Ricks will be paired with Alex Castro, a commercial model-politician-turned-actor. This will be their first team up. �Noong umpisa nahihiya pa ko talaga, pero mabilis ko naman nakagaanan ng loob si Melissa kaya naging maayos ang working relationship namin. Mabait siya,� Alex shared.

Valentina is a woman born with snakes as her hair. This was due to the curse given by a woman named Anna, the mother of the man she will fall in love with.

For the first time, the phenomenal stars of the hit primetime series Agua Bendita unite in the Sunday series as Andi plays the character of a doll, owned by Xyriel, that comes to life. On the other hand, Xyriel will breathe life to a girl who�s neglected by her dad ever since her mom passed away.

GLEE Season 2 'Never Been Kissed' Recap

It�s going to be rather difficult for me to not spend the majority of this Gleecap gushing about how awesome Darren Criss is. But if you�ve been a fan of him like I have you�ll understand. Otherwise, I guarantee you�ll discover that tonight.

Puck is back! And he grew a mohawk while he was gone. He wants to use Artie as his community service because actually doing any work isn�t an option. They hang out and perform impromptu duets in the courtyard for cash. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this was. I missed me some Artie. They busk with One Love/People Get Ready and make enough to go on a double date with Brittany and Santana. Puck gives Artie some dating advice to help him win Brittany and in the process shares how to be a badass. I facepalmed when Brittany was rubbing Artie�s leg and asked why he didn�t react.

Sam and Finn are bonding over their lack of sex lives. Rachel and Quinn are obvious monsters for not putting out and the only way they can deal with it is a bit odd. Sam settles on picturing Coach Beiste in her underwear and word gets out. Before you know it even Tina is resorting to that method of protection. To kick off the theme of bullying tonight, Coach�s feelings are obviously hurt when she finds out. To Sue�s delight, she decides to quit. Will is outraged that she feels this way and has a heart to heart with her about what a wonderful person she is. She opens up to him about having never been kissed and Will helps her out on that one. Coach Beiste stays!

The assignment from Will this week is another Girls vs Boys competition. The boys do a mashup of Stop In The Name Of Love and Free Your Mind. The girls break out the leather and Bon Jovi and perform Living On A Prayer with Start Me Up. In my opinion, the girls are the clear winner here. But that�s not what�s important. This is Kurt�s story. The stress from his dad, the constant bullying and not feeling challenged or accepted at Mckinley has brought him to a breaking point. He goes to check out the competition for Sectionals: an all boys private school where the Acapella glee club over there is popular and the main event. And rightfully so.

And here we meet Mr. Darren Criss. Or as he�s called on the show, Blaine. He�s got a spiffy new haircut! He meets Kurt right away and takes him to see The Warblers perform Teenage Dream. And they are AMAZING. Seriously guys that is how it�s done. Part of me wants New Directions to lose at Sectionals after watching that one. I think it�s the uniforms. :P It�s acapella, it�s fantastic, and the entire school loves and supports it. Kurt notices and it couldn�t be more obvious that he wishes he went to school there. I also think he fell in love with Blaine a little bit after that. I certainly wouldn�t blame him.


Kurt sits down with a few members of the group and they tell him what it�s like there. Kurt asks if any of them are gay and Blaine reveals that he is. But it doesn�t matter there. Everyone is accepting and it helps that the school has a zero tolerance policy against bullying. Kurt and Blaine talk one on one about how awful it is to be bullied. Blaine admits he �ran� from his problems to go to this school but Kurt has the opportunity to stand up for himself. It�s really emotional and hits home for me. It�s a powerful scene.

Kurt gets the courage to stand up to the douche who�s been pushing him into his locker three times a day and has it out with him. After trying to scream some sense into him, I�m on the edge of my seat expecting this scene to be powerful and then..a WTF moment. The bully kisses Kurt. What?? Okay. So after staring at the screen for a good 5 minutes, I see they�re going with the self hating bully route. Which is fine I mean, all hate is bad no matter where it comes from. I just thought this one came out of nowhere a bit. I�m so used to people just being so hateful on their own. Either way, I did not see that one coming. He continues to shove Kurt so hard into his locker every day that he probably chips the paint.

What did you guys think of the episode? I thought it was fantastic and the best so far this season. Glee is really back on their game. I feel like they fixed everything that was bugging me. They focused more on the story and less on the performances, which were all fantastic and up a notch by the way.

I think Blaine is an incredible character and I sincerely hope he sticks around for a long time whether he�s Kurt�s love interest of not. Darren Criss was totally awesome.

Kara David's Tweets Against TV Patrol Put Her Name in Risk

GMA-7's broadcast journalist Kara David got bombarded with tweets criticizing her own Twitter posts that many deemed as a swipe against anchors from rival networks.

�News programs should be watched for the content and credibility of its news, not the looks and �sex appeal� of its presenters,� Kara tweeted in the afternoon of Nov. 7.

A minute later, she added, �Bato-bato sa langit tamaan huwag magalit.�

Many could not believe that David, who is a recent recipient of the TOWNS (The Outstanding Women in Nation�s Service) award, and the second of only two Filipinas to have received the prestigious Peabody Award, could post such comments, as seen on Twitter and local forum Pinoyexchange. Some branded her tweets �cheap,� her sentiments �bitter� or �threatened.�


�I respect Kara David being a Peobody awardee, until this afternoon in twitter,� said one.

"4 sum1 wrking n d media & being d daughter of randy david, i expected u to have at least phrased ur statemnt or chose better words,� wrote another.

�wag sayangin ang mga parangal sa mga opinyong dulot ng inggit ok? Inyong inyo ang kredibilidad nyo walang umaagaw!� posted another Twitter user.

Numerous netizens also supposed that she was referring to ABS-CBN�s �TV Patrol,� the rival show of GMA-7�s �24 Oras.� Some noticed how David�s tweet appeared to coincide with the changes in the lineup of �Patrol� with the return of Korina Sanchez and Noli De Castro on the program.

One user tweeted David, saying, �that�s why we watch tv patrol.. it is more credible..�

To which David responded: �I respect your opinion. Pero mas maraming intl and local awards ang 24oras. I think that speaks a lot.�

�u love 24ORAS AND that's perfectly fine. no question with that. but saying negatives about the other speaks so much about YOU,� posted another user.

While there were those who speculated that David�s tweets were about their industry rivals, others cautioned her to watch her words because it could offend her very own colleagues in GMA.

�I think @karadavid is insulting her colleagues too bad for them!� exclaimed one.

Another wondered: �how will you explain this to mel [tiangco] and mike [enriquez]? (anchors of �24 Oras�) na wala kasi silang 'sex appeal'?�

Based on some of the posts of Twitter users and forum members, Kara deleted her tweets shortly. But her posts were saved for posterity through screenshots of her Twitter page posted on Pinoyexchange.com. Some, including her GMA News and Public Affairs colleague Tinna Panganiban-Perez, also re-tweeted her post.

Queen of Cosplay Alodia Gosiengfiao Joins Luis Manzano in LOL

Luis Manzano and showbiz newcomer Alodia Gosiengfiao spoke with The Buzz last Sunday to finally put an end to rumors linking them to each other. Luis, who recently revealed that he is no longer getting back with ex-girlfriend Angel Locsin, is puzzled why there are claims that he and Alodia have been spotted together many times. �Once ko lang nakasama si Alodia, and after that we decided to eat out. Pero after that, wala na, hindi na kami nagkita. Trabaho na lang kapag nagkikita kami. It�s weird na may taong nakakita sa aming nagde-date nang maraming beses,� Luis told The Buzz.

Luis and Alodia will host the new show on ABS-CBN entitled Laugh Out Loud or LOL.

After Alodia�s name was dragged into the controversy for allegedly being the third party in the Luis-Angel relationship, Luis immediately apologized to her. In a separate interview with Push.com.ph, Luis shared how he met Alodia, who is known as �Queen of Cosplay.� �Sa Facebook lang kami nagkakilala. Then we met and I hosted an event for the cosplayers and she was there. From then on naging friends na kami.�

Given their respective busy lives, the two would only have the chance to talk online. Back then Luis already knew that Alodia has a potential to be a TV host. �Nakakatawa kasi she was offered na mag-host sa TV. Inaasar ko pa siya na, �Uy! Host na siya!� She told me about the workshops that she had to go through. She was very nervous and tawa siya nang tawa sa mga ginagawa niya. I told her na, �Okay lang �yan!��

Only when the unit of Direk Lauren Dyogi began planning for LOL did Luis and Alodia meet again in person. Luis further shared, �I got a call sa ABS-CBN for a screen test of me and another host. Wala akong idea kung sino �yung makakasama ko. Nakaupo ako sa labas ng office while waiting, then I saw Alodia with her mom. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, �Imposible! What a small world?!� Lumapit ako sa kanya, she said na she will do a screen test. Then lumabas na si Direk Lauren.�

Luis is one of the most visible male TV hosts on ABS-CBN with shows that include ASAP XV, E-Live, Panahon Ko �To, and the new season of Pilipinas Got Talent next year. Kim Chiu To Do An International Movie With Jackie Chan

Kim Chiu�s next movie assignment, should it push through, is not anymore with screen partner Gerald Anderson, but an international movie with Karate Chinese-Hollywood Superstar Jackie Chan.

Contradicting earlier reports that Kim had passed up on the opportunity to work with Jackie in a Hollywood movie, Thess Gubi of Star Magic, confirmed the existence of an offer for the svelte young actress to star opposite the karate superstar.

��Di po tinanggihan. Go si Kim pero �yung project hindi pa sure,� Thess said in a text message.

Kim, explained Thess, was personally chosen by Jackie Chan when he saw her photo.

�I think pinili siya ni Jackie Chan nu�ng nakita pic niya,� said Thess.

Kim�s last movie was with her favorite leading man Gerald Anderson, �Till My Heartaches End.� It is said to be their last as a pair.

2010 Cinema One Originals Filmfest Starts Today

Seven unpredictable stories from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be presented in an annual event that aims to showcase out-of-the-box storytelling.

For the 6th edition of the Cinema One Originals film fest, these films will be screened beginning today, November 10, to November 16 at the Shangri-La Mall in Mandaluyong City.

The films competing in the 6th edition of Cinema One Originals filmfest are as follows:

1. Ang Damgo ni Eleuteria Kirchbaum by Remton Siega Zuasola is a novelty comedy about an ambitious provincial lass nicknamed Terya.

The film�s title, which is in Cebuano, means �The Dreams of Eleuteria Kirchbaum.�

Shot in Olango island near Cebu, the film revolves around a girl who becomes a mail-order bride to raise her family from poverty.

What�s interesting about the film is that it was shot in one whole take that lasted one hour and thirty minutes.


2. Third World Happy of writer-director EJ Salcedo is a melodrama about a �balikbayan� artist (Sam Milby) who has not moved on from the tragic death of both his parents.

His perspective in life changes when he comes home to attend a funeral and reunites with his friends and girlfriend (Jodi Sta. Maria).


3. Astro Mayabang of director Jason Paul Laxamana is a social satire about a financially, socially, intellectually, and sexually frustrated boy (Arron Villaflor).

He likes to boast about nationalism and Pinoy pride, but ends up humiliated because of his misguided and aggressive ways.

Arron�s onscreen partner is Megan Young. Marco Morales is cast as Arron�s rival, while former Pinoy Big Brother Double Up housemate Hermes Bautista makes his big screen debut through this film.


4. Dagim is about two farm brothers whose search for their lost father leads them to a company of strange mountain inhabitants.

According to Direk Joaquin Valdes (who co-wrote this with J. Eliseo Sandico), the film�s title is the Tagalog word for a nimbus cloud.

He says his film offers an alternate world where the tribe, led by Marc Abaya�s character, has its own language and rituals.

The brothers are portrayed by newbie actors Martin del Rosario and Samuel Quintana.


5. Ishmael by Richard Somes is about an ex-convict who is ostracized by his neighborhood.

Little does he know that this neighborhood he once knew is set to reawaken his dark past.

Direk Richard helmed the entry Yanggaw, which won six trophies in the 2008 Cinema One Originals film fest.


6. Tsardyer by writer-director Sigfreid Barros-Sanchez is based on a true-to-life story of a Tausug boy who is torn between his loyalty to his Tausug brothers and his concern for the TV journalist (Dimples Romana).

When Shihab (Martin delos Reyes) hears what the abductors plan to do to their prisoners, he races not only to save them but to save war from erupting once again in the jungles of Jolo, Sulu.


7. Layang Bilanggo is a family drama about a fugitive on the run (Pen Medina) who yearns for the love of a daughter he abandoned several years ago.

The convicted assassin disguises himself in an attempt to become close to his daughter (Miriam Quiambao).

This film also stars Jaime Fabregas, Will Devaughn and Neil Ryan Sese.

To date, Cinema One has produced 37 entries through its annual project.

Entries such as Huling Balyan ng Buhi, Rome & Juliet, Confessional, Tambolista, and Imburnal have been honored in film festivals worldwide.

Rising Star JM De Guzman Nails First Primtetime Gig in "Martha Cecilia's Kristine"

Since the debut of �Martha Cecilia�s Kristine,� viewers have consistently followed the story of the Fortalejos and De Silvas regardless of the program�s timeslot. In fact, last Friday, November 5, �Kristine� had a rating of 19.2% compared to just 11.5% of �Bubble Gang� according to the nationwide overnight ratings from Kantar Media.

Now that it has an earlier timeslot, more Filipinos are expected to tune in the epic adaptation of the country�s number one pocketbook series. Aside from the big and shocking developments coming up in the show, there are also new and exciting characters like �Nathaniel Fortalejo-Cervantes,� played by newbie TV actor JM De Guzman.

JM is kind of a Precious Hearts Romances regular after starring in various PHR editions such as �Substitute Bride,� �Midnight Phantom,� and the leading afternoon drama today, �Alyna,� where he plays �Yael.�

Now that he is finally seen on primetime, the young actor can�t hide his glee and excitement to work with the talented cast of �Kristine.�

�Looking forward ako na makasama ulit yung mga co-stars ko sa Midnight Phantom, sina Rafael (Rosell) at Denise (Laurel), kasi naging kaibigan ko na rin sila. Si Zanjoe (Marudo) at si Cristine (Reyes), excited din ako kasi mga kaibigan ko sila off-cam, at first time ko na makakasama sila sa trabaho,� shared JM.

He, however, admitted to feeling nervous as well, especially about scenes with theater stand-out Irma Adlawan. �Kasi yung effort at passion na binibigay niya, kung tinatamad ka mag-isip at mag-put ng effort, makakain ka ng buhay ng acting nya,� said JM, who also does stage acting.

He said he just uses the pressure as inspiration to do better. �Kung hindi ako tensed, �pag hindi ako kinakabahan ibig sabihin wala na akong pupuntahan. Kailangan �yun, �yung kaba, �yung pressure,� he said.

Watch out for JM on �Kristine� this week. After the revelation about the true identity of Jaime (Zanjoe) another tragedy is set to strike Paso De Blas. Don Leon will die after a car explosion, which will spark a new war between the two families. Meanwhile, two characters will also enter the scene, Nathaniel Fortalejo-De Silva and a woman named Stella.

Angel Locsin's Family Receives Death Threats

2010 Most Beautiful Woman in the Philippines' Angel Locsin revealed that her family is receiving death threats after her niece�s murder in Cebu province last week.

Angel�s relative, 28-year-old Rachelle Sansan, was stabbed dead in her residence in Barangay Perrelos, Carcar town in Cebu City.

Investigators said the victim's 44-year-old husband, Fernando Sansan, is being eyed as the prime suspect in the killing.

Rachelle is the granddaughter of Locsin�s aunt.

In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News, Angel said her family has been receiving death threats through text messages purportedly from Fernando.

The actress was emotional during her interview where she described how her niece was tortured before she was murdered.

She said Rachelle, who was badly beaten and was almost decapitated, was treated worse than an animal.

She called on authorities to take action. She said she and her family are afraid Fernando will flee the country.

The actress is also prepared to give a reward to anyone who will give information that can lead to the arrest of the suspect.

Coco Martin To Receive "Walk of Fame Philippines" Star

Award-winning actor Coco Martin will receive his own star on the �Walk of Fame Philippines,� the country�s version of Hollywood Walk of Fame, in Quezon City next month.

In his November 8 online column, veteran host German Moreno said Martin is one of the 30 celebrities who will be given the honor on December 1 in Eastwood City, Libis.

�Isa si Coco sa 30 artista na mailalagay ang pangalan sa marmol sa Eastwood City. Isang maringal na programa ang inihahanda ko bilang parangal sa 30 karagdagang pangalan na mai-imortalize sa nasabing lugar,� Moreno, dubbed as the master showman, wrote.

The hunk actor is also set to fly to the United States to promote his film "Noy," which is the Philippines' official entry to the Foreign Language Film category of the Oscars.

The 30-year old actor, hailed as the �Prince of Indie Films,� is one of the country�s youngest famers aside from John Lloyd Cruz, Sarah Geronimo, KC Concepcion and Christian Bautista.

Marian Rivera is Super Inday

She may have been known as the latest actress to play Darna on TV, but Marian Rivera steps into another super-hero role, this time on the big screen, as she essays the lead in Regal Films� fantasy-comedy, Super Inday and The Magic Bibe.

Inspired by the film of the same title originally bannered by Maricel Soriano, Super Inday is an official entry to the 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).

Regal producers Mother Lily Monteverde and daughter Roselle Monteverde-Teo disclosed that Super Inday was really a project meant for Marian.

�There was clamor from Marian�s fans for her to play Super Inday for Regal�s festival entry,� said Mother Lily. �The original comedy film was one of the biggest box-office hits of Maricel. We couldn�t have gotten a better actress than Marian to do another Super Inday movie.�

Marian was immediately excited when she learned about the project, being a big fan of Maricel, who also topbilled a number of successful comedy projects.

In Super Inday, Marian plays a barrio lass who goes to Manila to look for her long-lost mother (Cherry Pie Picache). Inevitably, she encounters a duck who lays the golden eggs that give her super powers.

John Lapus plays a fallen angel who is sent back to earth to do good deeds in the form of a duck.

Jake Cuenca and Pokwang lend able support to Marian as they also get to play super-heroes in the movie. Completing the cast are Mylene Dizon, Jairus Aquino, Sheena Halili, Buboy Villar and Sabrina Man.

Directed by Mike Tuviera, Super Inday is part of the 50th anniversary offering of Regal this year. The big-budget fantasy-comedy is replete with special effects out to delight every viewer.

�This is an entertaining film that the whole family will enjoy,� informed Roselle. �The project was really meant for Marian. She was the only choice to do the role.�

Super Inday and The Magic Bibe opens on December 25 in theaters nationwide.

David Archuleta is Coming Back to Manila

American Idol graduate David Archuleta is coming back soon to promote his new album "The Other Side of Down" released by Sony Music. No, he won�t be doing a concert as he did last year with American Idol champion David Cook. All he�ll do is sing a few selections from the album at a venue to be announced soon together with the date of his visit.

Ayon sa source, nangyari ang breakup ng dalawang Star Magic talents sa final leg ng kanilang Heartthrobs tour-concert sa London nito lang nagdaang weekend, November 6 at 7.

Bagamat hindi kailanman umamin sina Gerald at Bea tungkol sa tunay na estado ng kanilang relasyon, marami ang naniniwala na nagkaroon ng relasyon ang dalawa.

Isang source na malapit sa dalawang Star Magic talents ang nagsabi sa YES! na noong Abril ng taong kasalukuyan nagsimula ang magandang pagtitinginan nina Gerald at Bea. Ito ay naganap sa New York leg ng Heartthrobs concert-tour nila.

Sa New York daw inamin pareho nina Gerald at Bea na gusto nila ang isa't isa.

Si Bea, 23, ay attracted daw sa mga tisoy, kung ang pagbabasehan ay ang hitsura ng ex-boyfriend nitong si Mico Palanca.

Samantalang si Gerald, 21, ay matagal na palang may crush kay Bea, simula pa noong Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition days niya.

Sa New York, inamin ng dalawa sa isa't isa ang kanilang mutual attraction.

Pero umabot lang daw talaga ang dalawa sa pag-amin. Hindi raw nila naipakita ang kanilang damdamin para sa isa't isa dahil wala silang naging pagkakataon na mapag-isa.

Dagdag niya, "Lahat naman ng tao dumaraan sa proseso ng buhay, sa baba, sa itaas, masaya, malungkot. Pero dahan-dahan, nagiging okay naman ang lahat. Katulad ko, masaya naman ako ngayon."

Ngayong nakipag-break na si Gerald kay Bea, marami ang mag-aabang kung manunumbalik ang dating magandang samahan nina Kim at Gerald.

O kung mananatili silang magandang mag-partner na lamang sa telebisyon at pelikula.

Star Magic Issues Statement on Gerald Anderson "Carnap Car" Issue

Authorities have impounded Gerald Anderson�s luxury car due to fake plate number and lack of necessary documents to prove that its purchase was legal, entertainment program �The Buzz� reported yesterday, November 7.

Gerald�s driver, Noel dela Cruz, was driving the actor�s Hummer along the stretch of Timog Avenue in Quezon City when he was flagged down by traffic enforcers. The incident reportedly happened on October 23.

Deputy chief Nick Ledesma, mobile unit and commander of the Highway Patrol Group, said Gerald's driver was stopped because the vehicle has no validating sticker for 2010.

�'Yon ang initial violation tapos ng ma-scrutinize ng mga tao natin nakita na suspected to be fake [ang plate number]� we�ve already got a certification from LTO (Land Transportation Office) na sine-certify nila na fake �yong plate noong gamit noong sasakyan ni Gerald. At �yong pinaggalingan ng records niya sa LTO sa Toledo, Toledo is not authorized to register imported vehicles,� Nick Ledesma said.

Nick Ledesma added that Noel dela Cruz presented some documents to the authorities but they discovered some inconsistencies.

�One good example, �yong engine number. In a matter of a week nabago ang engine and para to make sure, baka mamaya mali kami, nag-archive kami sa aming clearance. We are the ones who are giving clearances. According to our records, walang change engine whatsoever na nangyari,� he said.

Nick Ledesma noted that the practice of faking the plate numbers of imported vehicles is rampant in the country. �Ang bottomline dito huwag magbayad ng tax. So, gumagawa sila ng way na ma-register without paying the tax. They are using fake documents.�

Nick Ledesma said that it is possible that Gerald, who is now in Europe, was unaware that the plate number of his luxury vehicle was fake.

�If we would based the situation sa documents, nabili lang naman niya ito, we can consider buy in good faith naman. Pero siyempre kailangan namin ang support ni Gerald diyan kasi siya ang victim. I haven�t seen his deed of sale or any acknowledgment receipt from the person na binilhan niya,� he said.

Star Magic, which handles Gerald�s career, issued a statement addressing the issue. Below is the full statement.

�Nasa maayos na kondisyon at may mga legal na papeles nang mabili ni Gerald Anderson ang Hummer noong July 2010. Kasalukuyang inaayos ng dealer at ng kanyang abogado ang mga diumano�y maling pagkwe-kwestyon ng otoridad sa kanyang nabiling sasakyan.

�Makikipag-ugnayan din si Gerald sa kinauukulan pag-uwi niya mula sa Europe. Nawa�y matapos ang pagkakadawit ng pangalan ni Gerald sa usaping �hot cars.��

Comedy Concert Queen Ai Ai delas Alas is celebrating her 20th anniversary in showbiz with a Big Dome concert, �Akin ang Tronong �to�, with the poster showing her as the Queen of Hearts sitting on a pink toilet bowl. �Five hours inabot ang pictorial dahil sa makeup at costumes ko,� she says. �Thanksgiving din ito as stars now come and go, but kahit mabilis ang turn over, salamat sa Diyos, narito pa rin ako. It�s 20 years na full of blessings.�

We first saw Ai Ai as an emcee at Music Box Comedy Bar 25 years ago. Everytime she�d sing off key, she�d say: �Second voice yun. Pero nagte-teatro din ako noon sa Met. Secretary ako for Tanghalang Pilipino and I even did �Hamlet� for the late Rolando Tinio. Dalawang trabaho ko kaya nagka-TB ako. Grabe. Those were the days. Pero doon ko sa teatro na-meet yung tatay ng eldest kong si Sancho. (Theatre actor Rey Malte Cruz.)�

She remains the undisputed Comedy Concert Queen. She has a sitcom with Aga Muhlach, �M3�, a coffeetable book about her life featuring so many old fotos, a new film �Tanging Ina Mo Rin� for the Metro filmfest, and now, this �Akin ang Tronong �To� concert. Despite her busy sked, she returned to school taking up public administration in UP to prepare for her plan to run for office in Batangas. So no lovelife at all? �Walang time. But I have a classmate na crush ko. Sana mapansin niya rin ako. Lahat ng classmates ko, invited sa concert ko para kapag may reports ako, they won�t grill me anymore in class.�

She proudly proclaims that all her guests in her concert are also kings and queens. �Sina Sharon Cuneta, Lea Salonga at Regine Velasquez lang naman among the girls,� she says. �Gusto ko sana sina Martin at Pops dahil Concert King and Queen sila, but di raw available. Gusto ko ring mag-guest ng mga Denial King and Queen, mga Bomba and ST Queen, Pictorial Queen, at iba pang klaseng queen, pati Closet Queen, kung okay sila.�

Directed by Floy Quintos, produced by Ambient Media and with Homer Flores as musical director, the show will be held at Araneta on November 19, 2010.

Michael Jackson�s new single �Breaking News� has been released!

The song, which is the first single off the late pop phenom�s posthumous album Michael, has been met by opposition from Michael�s mother Katherine Jackson.

Katherine and the Jackson estate has questioned the authenticity of some of the tracks on the album and in retaliation, she reportedly leaked a 12-minute track of Michael�s music.

Former Bold Star Katrina Paula Wanted for Carnapping Case

Former sexy star Katrina Paula is now the subject of a nationwide manhunt after having gotten herself embroiled in an alleged gang syndicate operating in Metro Manila and nearby regions.

According to Chief Superintendent Leonardo Espina, chief of the Police Highway Patrol Group, Paula�s involvement in the case stemmed from results of a thorough investigation that led to her being identified as the common law wife of one Raymond Dominguez, said to be the leader of a car theft group.

Authorities raided the condominium unit of Paula and Dominguez at Palo Verde Condominium, Barangay Malamig in Mandaluyong City on November 2. Recovered at the site were six high-end vehicles, including a BMW, a Mazda 3, a Mitsubishi Montero, and an Isuzu D-Max pick-up truck.

Former Labor Undersecretary Dionisio Dela Cerna�s stolen Hyundai Sta. Fe was also recovered at the scene. Recovered as well was the plate number of the stolen vehicle of Malaya sports editor Jimmy Cantor.

The raid also yielded stacks of paraphernalia, including stolen license plates and car registration papers, two white face masks and hand gloves.

Dominguez and Paula, however, eluded arrest.

�We are studying closely the case of Katrina Paula. Because given that these stolen vehicles are found in the parking lot of their condominium unit, then she must know something,� Espina explained during a press conference.

This was not the first time that Paula�s name had been dragged into controversy. In 2008, a supposed suitor of Paula was alleged to have arranged the murder of her former husband, Anton Yap, owner of Metallica and Paradise night clubs.

Yap was shot and killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen in front of their home in West Avenue, Quezon City.

According to one of Yap�s children, days prior to the shooting, their father warned them of a man looking for him. Police said the man being referred to by Yap was identified as a suitor of the starlet.

Footage shown on ABS-CBN�s �Umagang Kay Ganda� that time showed a hysterical Paula watching her husband�s lifeless body surrounded by relatives, police investigators and family members.

GMA-7 Not Threatened: Will Not Put Jessica Sojo on 24 Oras

Early this week ABS-CBN annouced that veteran broadcasters Noli "Kabayan" De Castro and Korina Sanchez will be back on TV Patrol to counter TV5's Variety Program Willing Willie. that has been eating up thier viewer share.

At the back of this disclosure rumors spread that GMA Network will upgrade thier own evening newscast by adding Jessica Sojo on 24 Oras. But this was denied by Sandra Aguinaldo, staff of the Kapuso channel's News and Current Affairs department, claiming they are not threatened by these changes and will contitue to deliver fair and up-to-date news reporting.

24 oras remained the undesputed channel in Mega Manila leading the numbers game in both AGB and TNS TV surveys.
